I am a Fort Wayne-based Hair Stylist specializing in Hair Color, Blondes, and Handtied Hair Extensions. My goal is to give you the hair of your dreams in the healthiest way possible! I love to “rehab” my clients hair over time. I make the health of your hair my number 1 priority along with bringing your hair goals to life. I am celebrating 11 years of experience this year and I’ve found that my favorite part is making you feel more confident in yourself and watching you glow from the inside out! 💖 CLIENT SERVICE POLICIES These policies ensure smooth communication, professional scheduling, and a positive experience for all clients. ⸻ 1. Booking & Scheduling • All appointments must be booked in advance through my booking system or directly with me via text. • Last-minute or urgent requests are not guaranteed. • Appointment availability is based on the current calendar, and order of requests. Best Practice: Pre-book at the end of each appointment to secure your preferred time. ⸻ 2. Confirmation & Communication • All appointment details (time, date, service) are confirmed via text or booking system. • If details are not confirmed, an appointment is not secured. • Communication is strictly through text, not phone calls, unless pre-arranged. Goal: Clear, written communication with no confusion. ⸻ 3. Service Time & Completion • Services are booked with a scheduled timeframe. • If a client is unable to remain for the full duration, the service will be paused and rescheduled. • Partial services are still billed according to time spent and work performed. ⸻ 4. Deposits & Cancellations • Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice forfeit deposits and may incur a fee. • No-shows are charged 100% of the service price. This policy protects time and materials reserved for your appointment. ⸻ 5. Hair Extensions & Materials All extension hair must be: • Purchased through me, or Approved in advance before installation • I do not guarantee results when working with hair not purchased through me. • Unapproved hair brought to an appointment may result in: a reschedule, or a material fee ⸻ 6. Payment & Pricing • Payment is due same day at the end of service. • Accepted forms of payment include: card, cash, or approved electronic payments. Pricing is based on: • Time • Technician skill • Materials • Product cost No discounts are offered for shortened appointments or early departures. ⸻ 7. Professional Environment To maintain a respectful work environment: • Aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate communication is not tolerated. • Services may be paused or ended if communication becomes unprofessional. • Continued issues may result in termination of the professional relationship. This ensures a comfortable and safe space for both the client and the stylist. ⸻ 8. Stylist Availability • I do not guarantee availability around travel, holidays, or last-minute changes. • High-demand periods book out weeks in advance. • Pre-booking 1-2 appointments ahead is recommended for consistent maintenance.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
